Profile: During the Profile phase, CSSI will help you to begin the process of Strategic Transportation Sourcing through detailed data collection and profiling of your historic spend. We also profile operational information that will be needed during the sourcing process. As we collect the data and prepare the profiles, CSSI will perform select operational due diligence to gain insights into your operations, how to best deliver the sourcing activity and maximize results.
